Day 1 at #Autonomous by BOI (Board of Innovation) was filled with thought-provoking discussions on the challenges and opportunities of AI adoption. We had the pleasure of attending Reid Blackman, Ph.D.’s session on Designing, Implementing, and Scaling AI Ethically, a critical topic as AI continues to reshape industries. His perspective reinforced the importance of ensuring AI is not just innovative but also responsible and aligned with ethical principles, something we share completely. Later, Philippe De Ridder shared valuable insights on how to set a cohesive AI strategy. A great takeaway: "An AI strategy is not a sum of use cases—it is a coherent blueprint on how to win in an AI-native world." This shift in thinking is essential for organizations looking to integrate AI effectively rather than reactively.
