Nevvon’s mission is to enhance employee performances by enabling companies to make powerful decisions based on data driven knowledge. We built a one-of-a-kind technologically advanced online education system to enhance the healthcare education sector and collect data to help companies that deploy high turnover, low income employees. Instructional design, e-learning, animation, and 3D unity are integral parts of our e-learning solution.     Yesterday, we had a great conversation with our colleagues at Viventium, and here are some of the highlights for those who couldn’t attend: We examined the powerful impact a well-structured onboarding process can have on training and retention, drawing from the Viventium Onboarding Study. The study showed that a positive onboarding experience, coupled with strong job commitment and accessible resources, plays a crucial role in retaining caregivers. Our discussion also touched on the importance of making new caregivers feel welcomed and part of the team from day one. We emphasized how utilizing technology can reduce administrative burdens, allowing more focus on personal interactions that truly matter.
