New American Staffing began in 2018 as a dream by the Employment Team and Leadership at the Nashville International Center for Empowerment (NICE) in response to the desire to help the Immigrant and Refugee communities with job assistance. It’s first employees went to work in November of 2019. NAS operates as a Temp To Hire Staffing Agency, but goes further in its work to find and nurture quality applicants through NICE's deep ties in the various Immigrant communities. These communities are typically under employed, but are known to Employers as a loyal and committed workforce. NAS works with Employers to find and screen quality candidates and goes the extra mile to make sure each candidate has everything they need to perform and exceed expectations for the Employer. Best of all, all of the profits return back to support the work NICE does in these communities. In this way, all of the Employers that New American Staffing works with know that not only are they able to tap into a quality labor force for their needs, they are helping to provide necessary services to local underserved communities.
