New England Free Jacks® reposted this
🌟 Exciting Update! 🌟 Five months ago, I began an incredible journey with Figurella USA as a personal trainer and advocate for women’s health. I feel truly blessed to do what I love every day, and I’m thrilled to learn how to empower women through every stage of life. A heartfelt thank you to my internship with the New England Free Jacks® and my mentor, George Petrakos. Your guidance has been invaluable in building my confidence as both a coach and a leader in this field. I will continue to use the insights you've provided to support and inspire others. I am especially passionate about understanding how women’s physiology influences our performance and nutritional needs. My goal is to empower women with the knowledge and resources I acquire, advocating for all the incredible women in our lives. I’m excited to grow in this space and help transform how women train and fuel their bodies for a healthier, more active lifestyle. This is just the beginning! #WomensHealth #PersonalTraining #Empowerment #HealthAndWellness #FigurellaUSA
