Senate Bill 134, which would set burdensome work requirements for Medicaid Expansion, will be voted on by the NH Senate this Thursday, March 20. “As a health care provider, I see firsthand how interrupted coverage leads to delayed care, worsened outcomes, preventable hardship, illness and unnecessary early death. These laws, which sound good on paper, have very real and harmful effects for New Hampshire families.” – Dr. Kate Peters, primary care physician 📣 TAKE ACTION to oppose SB 134: new-futures.org/medex ➡️ Email your Senator using our easy action form ➡️ Sign up for NH Medicaid Matters’ webinar to learn what’s at stake for NH Medicaid: nhneedsmedicaid.com/events Read the full op-ed here: https://lnkd.in/eqbB6HRs
