Our mission is to strengthen leaders’ equity-consciousness and adaptive skills to transform their systems. NGE’s role is to create the conditions for people to understand each other’s history and current experiences; respect one another’s religious, personal and cultural experiences; dismantle systems of oppression; shepherd leaders and their teams through this liberating process; and guide them to implement the co-designed program, process, or structure.
