This week, we’re celebrating 50 years of the Housing Choice Voucher Program—HUD’s single largest investment in affordable housing. This program remains critical to expanding housing choice and ensuring safe, quality, and affordable homes for all Americans.

When a community is in critical need of housing 🏘, the groundbreaking event for an affordable housing project is especially momentous and meaningful. Vose Farm in Peterborough NH is one of these much-needed affordable housing projects. Phase 1 is new ground-up construction that will deliver 64 apartments reserved for households earning 30-60% of the area median income. Phase 2 will begin construction next year as the adaptive reuse of an existing commercial office building. Phase 2 will deliver 32 more units, further addressing the critical need for affordable housing in the region.
