Accreditation Committee Evolves into the Commission on Accreditation   NJAIS is thrilled to announce a significant milestone! The Accreditation Committee has officially been renamed the Commission on Accreditation. According to Dr. Jennifer Galambos, President of the NJAIS Board of Trustees and Head of Kent Place School, "This name change more aptly describes the scope and responsibilities of this committee." The Commission, guided by the leadership of co-chairs Sergio Alati (Head of Stevens Cooperative School) and @Peter Quinn (Head of The The Peddie School), oversees a broad range of accreditation and school improvement initiatives, ensuring that our member schools continue to uphold the highest standards of excellence in independent school education. #NJAIS #Accreditation #SchoolImprovement #NJIndependentSchools

Today marks the conclusion of a highly successful four-day site visit from the Morristown Beard School Decennial Visiting Team. We are deeply grateful for the leadership of Dr. John Griffith (Team Chair and Head of Ranney School), Renée Price (Co-Chair and Assistant Head of Princeton Day School), and Dr. James Palmieri, Ed.D., CAE (NBOA: Business Leadership for Independent Schools Executive Vice President). Their guidance and expertise were invaluable in facilitating a productive and insightful experience. Kevin spent time with Head of School Donald Austin, and Head-Elect Tom Ashburn...and was elated to catch up with the other trio you see here: Sam Goldfischer (CFO), Evan Nisenson (Director of Alumni Relations & Giving), and Erica Berger (Associate Director of Advancement). Fun fact: Evan is Kevin's former French student at NA, and Erica is his former Latin student at Tower Hill School. NJAIS is grateful to Sam for his stalwart service on two NJAIS committees!
