Construction of a 68-story, slender glass skyscraper. ✔️ Construction is at lower podium levels at 100 West 37th St The 68-story mixed-use skyscraper development is in the Garment District of Midtown, Manhattan. From developer Sioni Group and designed by C3D Architecture The 743ft tall tower will span 384,118 square feet. The project will deliver 300 condominium units and 86,817 sq ft of commercial space Video showing latest progress on construction and how it will look on completion.

    Get ready for the Rolex HQ. Latest progress on construction and how it will look when complete 👀 The Rolex USA headquarters is a 469ft commercial tower at 665 Fifth Avenue in Midtown, Manhattan. Designed by David Chipperfield Architects and developed by the Rolex Realty Company, the 28-story structure will yield 199,000 square ft of office and retail space for the world-famous watchmaker. Pavarini McGovern is the general contractor for the project located at the corner of Fifth Avenue and East 53rd Street. The first few floors and core walls are now rising above street level, with a tower crane assembled. Completion is due in 2026.

    Latest progress on 450 11th Ave. Construction of a 51-story hotel skyscraper ✔️ 450 Eleventh Avenue in Hudson Yards is from developer Marx Development Group. The 642 foot tower has been designed by DSM Design Group and will feature a 379 room Aloft hotel. Situated on the Western edge of the Manhattan skyline, the hotel will provide views over the Hudson River. The tower has already topped-out and facade installation progresses. Hotel interiors are underway. Atria Builders is the general contractor. The completion date in 2025 is to be announced soon.

    Facade installation on 270 Park Ave. NY’s tallest tower under construction. 100% hydroelectric powered.💚 270 Park Avenue is from developer Tishman Speyer and has been designed by Foster + Partners. The glass and dark outer cladding has now reached the fourth tier of floor plates. The fifth and final tier will soon begin. On completion the 1,388ft and 60-story supertall is set to be the new global headquarters of JP Morgan Chase bank. The tower will yield 2.5 million sq ft of office space for 15,000 employees. AECOM Tishman is the general contractor. Completion is due in H2 of next year. Images credit: Michael Young.

    #NYFromTheRoofTops. Building 50 W 66th St. The tallest building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side✔️ 50 West 66th Street is a residential development from Extell Development and Tennor Holding. The 775ft and 69-storey development will feature 127 condominium units. Lendlease is the general contractor. More than 50% of the units have already been sold.
