The New York Center for Research, Economic Advancement, Technology, Engineering, and Science (NY CREATES) is a world-leading R&D innovation hub and commercialization facilitator. NY CREATES partnered with Tech Valley High School student campers for their annual STEMpowerment camp program. Throughout the day, students engaged in several of activities and experiences to explore STEM careers including discussions with industry experts from Tokyo Electron US, IBM, and NY CREATES. The students also experienced hands-on learning opportunities and were led on an interactive tour of cleanrooms and semiconductor facilities, at our Albany NanoTech Complex.
