Even the most well-staffed facilities saw significant drops in communication, responsiveness, and overall patient experience. The study highlights how factors like staff shortages and burnout have had lasting effects on patient care. Telemedicine: In contrast, a study published in *Telemedicine and e-Health* shows that patients are highly satisfied with telemedicine consultations.
