Prior to joining us, he held the position of Director of Restaurant Operations at a facility for assisted living, as well as Food Service Director. “What I appreciate most about my role at NEXDINE is the chance for continuous learning and growth within the organization,” Michael shares. His strong commitment to both personal and professional advancement is evident in his proactive approach to taking on new challenges, promoting daily skill enhancement, and mentoring his colleagues to help them succeed. Beyond his professional life, Michael is a caring father to two young sons, ages three and one. When he's not enjoying time with his boys, he loves to golf, hike, or whip up delightful meals in the kitchen for family and friends. His culinary preferences include Italian, Southern comfort, and Asian dishes, but his favorite experiences are making Blueberry Lemonade with his older son.
