With an MBA, a Master’s in Real Estate Development, and experience managing real estate portfolios, Candace ensures that the unique value of each property is fully realized. Beyond Next Door Photos, Candace is the founder of Virtuous Businesswoman, where she focuses on helping families grow wealth through real estate investments while also curating luxury travel experiences. A U.S. military veteran, licensed real estate agent, and committed entrepreneur, Candace is driven by her love for faith, family, and adventure, ensuring every client’s story is told with care and professionalism.

Exciting news: Next Door Photos Fort Lauderdale is launching this month! We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our newest location, NDP Fort Lauderdale. Congratulations to Danielle DeWitt. Learn more about Danielle: Danielle is a South Florida native with deep roots in her community and a heart for kingdom business & ministry. With a genuine love for people, she is certified in the Working Genius assessment which helps people discover their natural gifts and thrive in their work & life. She’s been a professional photographer for over 16 years and has also been a licensed realtor for 12 years (thanks to her dad who’s been a broker for over 40 years!). Danielle is more than excited to open Next Door Photos Fort Lauderdale and combine all of her life’s experience to make a difference in South Florida and beyond. When she’s not working, you’ll find her at Disney or Universal, soaking up the Florida sun, or hanging out with family, friends, & her dog Zeke.

Big news: We are excited to announce a new Next Door Photos Local Owner of NDP East Bay, CA! Congratulations to Patrice Omandam. Learn more about Patrice: Patrice's photography journey began at the age of 14, during her freshman year of high school, where she started developing her unique style. Her pursuit of higher education took her from being a film major to a fine arts major, ultimately earning her a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with an emphasis on photography from California State University, East Bay in 2022. When she's not behind the camera, Patrice enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, snowboarding on weekends, and discovering the latest Bay Area food spots.
