    Finding a top candidate who isn’t currently working can raise questions. Instead of seeing it as a red flag, consider the context. Ask why they’re not working—are they on a career break, furthering their education, or managing personal commitments? Look at their skills and engagement. Are they updating their knowledge, freelancing, or involved in relevant activities? Their motivation and fit for your company are crucial.
