Dr. Plummer has championed initiatives that foster equity and resilience in Houston, including transforming the city’s collaboration with MWBEs, organizing resources for extreme weather resilience, and addressing food insecurity through the ‘Feed the Need Program’ during COVID-19. Her leadership on criminal justice reform, tenant rights, and global business alliances exemplifies her dedication to improving the quality of life for all Houstonians.
