Congratulations to our portfolio company NIL Technology 🎉 NIL Technology (NILT) and Radiant Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (ROE) announce the signing of a formal share purchase agreement for ROE to #acquire NIL Technology. The acquisition follows ROE’s current active collaboration with NILT and investment in NILT earlier this year.
