Our talented Grant Writers, Katherine Davis, Ed.D. and Arlin Aguilar, recently attended the Orange County Grantmakers Annual Summit! 🎉 The theme for this year, "Today, Tomorrow, Together!" highlighted the power of connection and collaboration in creating lasting change. Held at Orange Coast College on October 10th, the summit featured over 30 speakers tackling key topics like Outreach vs. Engagement and the importance of community partnerships. “A beautiful day begins with a beautiful mindset.” This is the daily mantra of Katherine Davis, Director of Grants & Community Engagement.  At a recent leadership meeting, we took a break from our normal agenda and tapped into our creativity to make vision boards! 🌟 It was amazing to see everyone’s personal and professional goals come to life through images, words, and art. According to Forbes, 1-5 small business owners used a vision board when starting their business; 76% of those business owners said that today their business is where they envisioned it would be when they started it. "Vision boards serve as a beacon of inspiration and motivation, and remind us of our deepest desires, goals, and purpose.
