Day 13 on the Road to the Max: Australia took us to the Koala Conservation Australia, where we interviewed the dedicated team responsible for the care of these incredible animals. Rescued from across the country, many koalas are rehabilitated and eventually returned to the wild, thanks to the hospital's relentless efforts. After the Koala Hospital, we hit the road again for an afternoon filled with muscle cars and exhaust fumes. Motorheads from all over Australia gathered with their rides for a photo shoot in front of the historic Trial Bay Prison in Arakoon National Park. No one was locked up, but after an action-packed day at the prison, the team was ready to unwind at a breathtaking waterfall in Dorrigo National Park. Next stop: Coffs Harbour! As I celebrate my first anniversary this week as CEO of Nirrin Technologies, I'm filled with gratitude and excitement for all we've accomplished.  This year has been nothing short of transformative, one of incredible growth, innovation, and teamwork.   We successfully commercialized our flagship product, Atlas™. This disruptive solution is set to revolutionize how scientists and engineers obtain component and protein data on their bioprocess, providing real-time results for a more understood and controlled process. This breakthrough is just the beginning of many innovations to come.   Our journey has been further propelled by securing a $2M SBIR Direct Phase II Grant from The National Institutes of Health. This funding will accelerate the development of our HPTLS technology platform, expanding our product offerings across up & downstream biomanufacturing, as well as in-line/in-situ applications.   To meet the growing demand for Atlas, we've expanded our talented team, particularly in sales, marketing, and application support with a strong focus on serving our customers better.   Throughout this year, we've fostered a vibrant company culture that balances hard work with fun. From our 12-hour Hackday and competitive bowling/arcade outings to team cookouts and our weekly Wednesday lunches, we've built a strong, cohesive team that knows how to work hard and play hard.   I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire Nirrin team for their unwavering dedication and hard work. Your commitment to our mission has been inspiring.
