A Republican sweep in the November election has boosted risk sentiment amid hopes that the pro-growth policies will deliver a shot in the arm and extend the economic expansion. We agree that the balance of risks has shifted in the near-term away from recession and towards higher growth and inflation. This shift implies a more restrictive outlook for monetary policy, which contributed to a 60-90 basis point increase in Treasury yields during the fourth quarter. Uncertainty is elevated given President-elect Trump’s unconventional approach to policymaking and two-sided risks remain. NISA paid a standard fee to access the full set of data published by P&I and for use of P&I's Best Places to Work in Money Management logo. To participate, a firm had to have at least 20 employees in the U.S., have at least $100 million of discretionary, institutional assets under management or advisement and be in business for at least one year. The data for the survey was collected from July 19, 2024 through August 9, 2024. The first part of the survey consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 20% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 80% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies.
