It's Q&A Wednesday with RetireReady NJ!💭 Q: When do I add a newly-hired employee to RetireReady NJ? A: For RetireReady NJ, there is no minimum time requirement for an employee to be eligible to participate. You can add a newly hired employee right away. However, there is a deadline. Any new hire must be reported to the RetireReady NJ program administrator within 90 days of hire. It is recommended that this reporting happens with your normal payroll remission. The earlier you enroll them, the sooner they can begin saving for retirement. #retirereadynj
