Today, I found out that I matched! On Friday, I’ll find out where my first real Doctor job will be. My journey has been a little different, I graduated from medical school in December, but this moment still feels just as surreal. I’m incredibly grateful for the mentors, friends, and family who have supported me along the way. For everyone who matched today—congratulations! This is a huge milestone, and you’ve earned it. For those going through SOAP, know that this isn’t the end—just a different path forward. Many incredible physicians have taken this route and built amazing careers.
