NMPRC Announcement Chair Patrick O’Connell has been appointed by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to the newly established Federal and State Current Issues Collaborative. This collaborative will expand on the work of the Joint Federal-State Task Force on Electric Transmission, addressing critical topics like electric reliability, resource adequacy, and infrastructure innovation.
