🎉 Bring your dreams to life with low-code | 📨 Send me a dm to start building your mobile or web app

So you built an app? Building something is easy. Building something users want is hard. Very, very hard. But there is a method to the madness. Y Combinator said it best : "Ship code. Talk to users." As a #nocode expert team, we at DreamLabs help founders every day with both tenets of the YC method. We've created a process on how, exactly, to talk to users after your first product launch, complete with a clonable Notion template. Feel free to take a look and run with it if any aspect is helpful! 🎁 https://lnkd.in/d3v6A3fr

3 mind-blowing stats I learned at @BubbleCon: 1. $15 Billion raised and counting. Startups using Bubble have collectively raised over $15 billion. That's the kind of financial backing that turns ideas into industries. 2. Hypergrowth is the new normal Imagine your app hitting 100K users. Now, imagine it in less than 5 months. Bubble apps with over 100K users grow to this number in that timeframe. 3. 120 million strong. The number of users on Bubble apps has hit a staggering 120 million. And to think that one day people thought Bubble apps couldn’t scale. 🤯 Overall, the energy at BubbleCon was electric. Not only is it insane to see what Bubble has built, but it’s even more wild to see how people are using bubble to build incredible companies. It's not just a platform; it's a revolution.

#nocode suffers from a branding problem. ❌ Developers think it’s lacking any real power. ❌ Founders think it’s an alternative to development. ✅ A more accurate term would be : abstracted development. 🖥️ Or perhaps : the GUI of programming. As a historical note, computers used to only operate on command-line interfaces. Then, in 1983 the GUI (graphical user interface) concept in Apple’s Lisa revolutionized personal computing by introducing the concept of a "desktop." Instead of writing lines of commands to, say, access a file, you could use the visual metaphor of a desktop to point and click your way to it. This is exactly what #nocode is. A visual abstraction of software development. Not a replacement. Not an alternative. It's the next evolution to make the craft of building tech better, faster and more accessible. 👑 Apple lead the previous wave to become the world's most valuable company. 👑 Which of today's leading nocode players will be the king of tomorrow? We're betting on the entire cohort including : FlutterFlow Bubble Airtable Xano Make Zapier

Here’s a simple framework for #nocode agencies + freelancers to find clients. ⚡️ In our private community we’ve had deep-dive discussions on these channels, learning from each other how to tap different channels with the best practices of each. 📮 We’ll be sharing more about the community soon, but send me a dm if you can’t wait and want to join a cohort of other leaders now. There’s additional context and interview recordings for members, but as an outline here are 12 channels to tap for your #nocode service business: Inbound SEO - Get specific on keywords for your niche of choice. Niches are riches! Content Marketing - This includes copy (LinkedIn + Twitter) and video (YouTube + TikTok). Referrals - Be pro-active in tapping your clients with strong offers for referrals. Outbound Cold email - Pro tip is to be meticulous in preparing your contacts list. Cold calling - A well-crafted script and decision tree is a must. Cold LinkedIn - Leverage software tools like CoPilot AI to smooth this process. Paid Google Ads - Again, greater specificity on keywords is key to winning. LinkedIn Ads - Include a strong offer to draw engagement. Facebook / Instagram Ads - Tap a specialist agency to ensure success on spend. Marketplaces Demand-driven - Marketplaces that focus on requests for work, like Upwork or Codemap. Supply-driven - Marketplaces where you can post your skills, then wait for requests, like Fiverr. Exclusive - Marketplaces where you have to apply to get in, like Toptal or Huddle.

🎉 Bring your dreams to life with low-code | 📨 Send me a dm to start building your mobile or web app

Let's talk about the hype cycle. #AI soared to a peak, and has dipped into the trough of disillusionment. 🎢💡 The #AI hype is arguably the most significant tech revolution of our age. #Nocode is the key to bringing it through the “Slope of Enlightenment.” For example, last week, OpenAI announced fine-tuning for GPT3.5. For the small number of people who know how to work with vector databases, that’s great. Also last week, Fine-Tuner announced integrations with Notion and Airtable. For the much larger number of people who know how to work with these tools, this is awesome. And, every day, we’re seeing new launches that put power in the hands of builders! We work every day with team leveraging AI with no-code, so reach out if you want to chat about usage for your team 🙌🏽
