*Monday Resume Tips!* - Do include numbers and data to stand out! Hiring managers love to see the proof of what you can do spelled out simply and straight forward. 100% YOY Growth? Managed a team of 20? Tell your story! This is your chance to shine! - Don't include what you don't want to be hired for. You don't need to include every detail of your career. If you were a barista in college 5 yrs ago, you don't need it on the resume. Had admin tasks as part of your role, but not what you want to do, don't over fill the page and hide your highlights with the things you don't want. - Don't create multiple versions of a resume for each job you apply to. This will lead to typos, missing info and a messy resume in the long run. Instead, create 2 versions if you need and stick to them. You can use a short intro note to introduce yourself and call out specifics you want to highlight. GOOD LUCK! YOU'VE GOT THIS!
