Our mission is to nourish and inspire every team member, guest and community we serve. All noodles welcome!

About us

We’re real people who treat each other like real family and are always open to making new friends. Together we create craveable flavors from around the globe, where every recipe is made to order and every ingredient is something to feel good about. But we’re still individuals with unique goals and different passions. After all, one person’s Wisconsin Mac & Cheese is another person’s Penne Rosa, and that’s the way it should be. So whether you’re working in a restaurant, out in the field or at our corporate offices in Colorado, we’ll help you pursue your passions and get involved with the community you serve. We’re a company that cares and it shows. At Noodles & Company we have 4 core values: We Care, We are Passionate, We Show Pride and We Love Life! We’ve created a supportive environment that challenges and rewards those who share our mission - to Nourish and Inspire every team member, guest, and community we serve. www.noodles.com/careers

Even though Grandparents Day was this past weekend, we’re taking a moment to honor some incredible grandparents who are part of our Noodles & Company team in Utah. Their years of service and dedication are a testament to their love for what they do, and their wisdom continues to inspire not only their families but also their teams and guests every day. Here’s what they have to share:  💬 How does being a grandparent influence your interactions with guests or team members? "The greatest lessons I’ve learned from my grandchildren are to be patient, kind, specific in directions, and to celebrate progress. Being a grandparent is a wonderful blessing in my life. I’ve also learned the importance of being present—to listen to understand, not just to respond. I’m truly grateful for the continuous lessons my grandchildren teach me." - George Gutierrez, Area Manager (7 years) - Utah & Nevada 💬 What’s the best piece of advice from work that you’ve shared with your children or grandchildren? "The advice I give my grandchildren and daughters is to work with passion and to be in a place where they feel happy to go to work every day." - Lilia Gutierrez, Shift Manager (20 years) – Ft. - Maria De Jesus (21 años) and Iutiquio Maceda, Miembros de Equipo (19 años) – West Valley City, Utah We are so proud of the dedication and passion these grandparents bring to our teams and their families! 💙 #Grandparents #NoodlesAndCompany #FamilyFirst #TeamNoodles #Inspiration

We are still energized from our Summit, and excited to share highlights from a special lunch hosted by our Noodle Resource Groups, THRIVE and PROUD. During the lunch, Sandra Encinas, one of our General Managers, inspired everyone by sharing her personal story. She spoke passionately about her culture, highlighted some of the challenges she has overcome, and inspired us on how we can show up as leaders for our teams. Sandra also shared how she has found support at Noodles in being her authentic self, which impacted how she leads her team and connects with her community. Additionally, we were honored to experience a performance by Yellow Bird Productions, a family dance company based in Phoenix, Arizona, led by Ken Duncan from the San Carlos Apache Tribe. Their performance included traditional songs, dances, and stories, which deepened our understanding and appreciation of American Indian culture. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Sandra and Yellow Bird Productions for sharing their stories and traditions, making this Summit not only a learning experience but also a heartfelt celebration of culture and community. #Inspiration #Leadership #NoodlesAndCompany
