She has coached leaders at all levels across multiple industries, including energy, venture capital, information technology, healthcare, government, and non-profit. Sue is also a Colonel in the US Army, with nine years of active duty and twelve years in the Reserve. She has led teams at all levels, specializing in civilian and military relations in conflict environments and air and missile defense.
