Our dedicated team of professionals includes Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapists. Our therapist-owned company has a primary focus on personalized care and our processes utilize the most up-to-date methods of treatment. We create individualized plans of care and implement them with interdisciplinary communication to ensure that all medical and educational professionals, therapists and consultants are working towards the same goals. It is important that we establish rapport with the client and the family in order to encourage progress of therapy and goals. **Now Hiring a Bilingual Authorization Coordinator** Please let me know if you are interested or you can apply directly to the position at https://lnkd.in/eGhMcQb. Overview: Responsible for completing and participating in office administration duties including obtaining patient authorizations and assisting staff to promote efficiency. Responsibilities include: Preps and request authorizations from Medicaid Enters detailed authorization information into EMR system Preps Recert report and request re-evaluations from therapist Request and schedules initial evaluations Schedule therapy visits and evaluations Send and tracks admit packets (families and therapists) Maintains detailed notes in EMR system and roster Assist with eligibility checks every 1st and 15th of the month Lead processing meetings for recertification processes Scanning Assist with translations as needed Need to work in fast paced environment and multi-task. Organizational skills Great communicator Must have computer skills (everything is electronic) Must carry valid auto insurance and driver's license. Must be able to pass background check. Excellent administrative communication and organizational skills. Full-time (hours negotiable from 7:30am-5:30pm timeframe) Requirements: Bilingual preferred Back-office experience is plus but not required (compatible to receptionist)
