We have a great team of professionals in District 28! Today we highlight Elizabeth Skylakos, Foundational Teacher at Greenbriar School. "I came to work in D28 because of their passion for inclusion. As a special education teacher, I wanted to work in a district where my students felt like an equal part of the school and were at the forefront of decision-making to ensure that they could be included in all activities. I am so lucky to be working at Greenbriar, where the students and staff are so welcoming and go out of their way to ensure my students are a part of their classroom."

We have a great team of professionals in D28! Today we feature Lori Sandler, hired for 2024-25 as a School Psychologist at Northbrook Junior High. "I have always been passionate about supporting the educational and social-emotional needs of children. So, when I received my B.A. in Psychology, it made perfect sense for me to go to graduate school to earn my M.Ed. and Ed.S. in School Psychology. I truly enjoy collaborating with parents, fellow educators, and administrators to ensure that we are working toward meeting the needs of our students and I find it highly rewarding when our efforts lead to progress and growth. It takes a village!"
