Here’s a little about Jarod: Jarod was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and is joining us after serving 4 years in the U.S. Navy. Jarod is currently attending UWGB. Now that Jarod is back home, he enjoys playing guitar, listening to a wide variety of music, and he also digs going to see live music. If you’re feeding Jarod, he would love to have Spaghetti Bolognese or most anything classically Italian. If Jarod's watching movies, he's probably taking in a Western, making him the only NorthCoaster in The History of Ever to choose it as a favorite genre. Recent behind-the-scenes shots of our time working on a video project for Curative Connections' innovative new dementia care facility, Yesteryear Village. The facility contains spaces thoughtfully designed to trigger reminiscence, such as a diner, an auto shop, a salon, a post office, a town square, and a variety of other spaces targeted at helping people engage, relax, and enjoy interactive experiences fashioned around activities enjoyed in their younger years in a safe environment. One of the local organizations that's nearest and dearest to our hearts, Curative Connections exists to assist people of all ages and abilities achieve their goals for independence - and they've been around for 75 years! They provide a proactive approach to care for clients with brain injury, disability, and dementia and related conditions.
