Superior Walls by Northeast Precast jobsite visit The common theme I find on these site visits when talking to builders and homeowners is "WHAT! done already??" While it is truly impressive to watch these guys breeze into an installation within half a day, it doesn't tell the whole story! People don't always realize the hours of organization and the many people in the background that ensure that the product is to spec, up to our standards. Take it back to the beginning of a project: -Sales rep has to make sure that we have adequate room on site for the cranes and trucks. -CAD guys have to ensure that we are producing all the project details and get sealed drawing -Admin/scheduling team making sure everything from permits to excavation is on schedule, with the set date set, and dealing with last-minute charges. -Production in the plant making those panels are quality controlled, stacked, and secured efficiently on the trailer before delivery. -Site check is done to make sure excavation, gravel footing, and clear job access are complete. -Site Operations scheduling the right cranes trucks and drivers and set crew for the job. + Many little checks and balances along the way to make sure everything runs smoothly Only then does the" FAST" installation happen! Hats off to our awesome team that makes this happen every day!
