NORTHERN OFFSHORE’S ENERGY EDGE wins the “Rig of the 4th Quarter 2023” Award from QatarEnergy LNG. Energy Edge of Northern Offshore Drilling Operations has won the “Rig of the 4th Quarter 2023” award from its operator QatarEnergy LNG. This is the fourth time Energy Edge has won ROQ. The Energy Edge was built by Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding (SWS) in China, and it is capable of working in water depths of up to 400 feet and drilling to depths of 30,000 feet. Northern Offshore rigs the Energy Enticer, the Energy Embracer and the Energy Edge continue to work for QatarEnergy LNG at its North Field. The Energy Emerger is currently operating in the UAE/Oman waters. Northern Offshore is the drilling contractor for China’s Shandong Marine group. www.northernoffshore.com
