  • 🌍💚 On World Mental Health Day, let's take a moment to remind ourselves that we are never alone in our struggles. Positive affirmations can be powerful tools in nurturing our mental well-being. Remember: you are strong, you are valued, and you matter. In the U.S., more than one in five adults live with a mental illness—so if you're facing challenges, know that you're not alone. Reaching out for support is a sign of strength, not weakness. We're here to help. 💬 Reach out to Northwest Behavioral Health at 800-537-2585 or 806-354-1810 if you need someone to talk to.

  • 🧠✨ It's Mental Illness Awareness Week! Join us this Thursday for the 2024 Pennal Lecture as we raise awareness and support for those in helping professions. • 100 years ago, the world was just starting to embrace modern technology, with the average car costing $850 and the first commercial radio broadcast reaching listeners in 1924. As we look back on a century of change and progress, one thing remains constant—our people. At Northwest Texas Healthcare System, we’re not just celebrating a century of service; we’re celebrating the heart and soul of our hospital—our employees. From compassionate care to innovative practices, our team’s dedication to their work, community, and each other is the reason we continue to thrive. Without your hard work and unwavering commitment, this hospital would not be the beacon of healing and excellence it is today. Here's to the countless moments of service, and to the future we will build together. 🌟
