Jack Blair recently attended the Project Freedom Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for their Robbinsville renovation project. ✂️🔔 Jack has served on their Board of Directors for over 25 years and currently holds the Chair of their Facilities Committee. Project Freedom is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that develops and operates barrier-free housing to enable individuals with disabilities to live independently. Supportive services such as recreation and advocacy are offered. In addition to being a developer of accessible, affordable housing, Project Freedom offers some limited supportive services to help self-directed people with disabilities empower themselves to live independently in a non-medical environment. Robbinsville was their first development for the physically limited and has 30 barrier-free apartments. It was completely retrofitted to today’s standards and was a massive renovation undertaking. The result is a beautiful campus that will serve the needs of its tenants for many years to come.
