In the first 15 years, I laid a solid foundation - gaining an education, securing a promising career, and building a beautiful family. The subsequent 15 years have been a journey of growth and learning as an entrepreneur. With a record that’s more about learning than outright success, I’ve been part of four startup companies. Now, embarking on Novy, my fifth venture, is both humbling and rewarding. This time around we will keep doing things different! We’re excited for our first international company trip. Inspired by Paul Graham’s views on creativity and innovation in “How to Do Great Work,” we’re reminded: “Changing your context can help. Today, I'm beyond excited to share with you another passion project from Novy which strikes a deep chord with my commitment to using AI for equitable and impactful change. Introducing Zelma, an innovative AI tool developed in collaboration Emily Oster and an extension of the COVID-19 School Data Hub. Zelma is set to transform the way we access and understand U.S. state standardized testing data. Its user-friendly interface allows for seamless interaction with complex data, making educational insights more accessible and actionable. Working alongside Emily Oster in this venture has been an extraordinary honor.
