Proud that our team was a part of a transformative weekend at Northwell Health's Center for Learning and Innovation (CLI). We hosted the inaugural advanced spinal deformity course for senior neurosurgical residents across the country. This event, organized in collaboration with the Neurosurgery Research and Education Foundation (NREF) and the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS), brought together some of the best minds in spine surgery to deliver high-impact training to the next generation of leaders in neurosurgery. Watching these incredibly talented residents, who hailed from top institutions such as Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, and Columbia, engage in cutting-edge, hands-on learning at CLI’s Bioskills Education Center reminded me why CLI’s mission is so critical: empowering healthcare professionals through innovative education and world-class resources. Huge thanks to Dr. Jason Naidich, Dr. Daniel Sciubba, MD, MBA, MD, MBA, Dr. Adam Arthur, Nicole Iacono-Purcell, MBA, and the incredible CLI team for making this event a success.
