After two years of searching for the perfect location I am excited to share that our newest facility will be opening this summer! The program follows our established model which aims to provide the highest possible standard of care and to do so as an in-network provider, which includes Medicaid. The 75 bed facility has acute detox as well as separate men’s and woman’s units and is located in Broomfield/Westminster Colorado. We are hiring for all positions but are very focused on finding the right person to be our Clinical Director. This person will be onsite leading the clinical function and working with/under Dr. Barnes who will continue his role overseeing the entire clinical function for all of our programs. Over the years I’ve seen again and again how important it is for residential programs to balance administration, medical and clinical functions. When the three are functioning well and in harmony the best patient care is delivered. We have outstanding leadership on the administrative and medical sides, now we need the right person to lead clinical. Ideally this person will have or be working towards a PhD or PsyD, a current clinical license is required.
