NSA Storage is thrilled to announce our new partnership with Solar Landscape to develop at least 100 megawatts of solar capacity across our properties. This collaboration will utilize approximately 8.5 million square feet of rooftop space to support community solar initiatives, benefiting both the environment and local economies. We’re proud to support this sustainable initiative and development on the initial sites has already commenced. We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Pam Valentine to Senior Vice President, People Operations. Her leadership has been instrumental in the seamless integration of staff from two PRO retirements and the ongoing internalization of our eight remaining PROs, not to mention the onboarding of over 250 new acquisition properties.   Under Pam's guidance, our corporate operating platform has not only grown but thrived, adapting our human resource capabilities to meet the evolving needs of our team members effectively.
