  • The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) is at #TPRC!     TPRC will take place this weekend at the American University Washington College of Law. This conference promotes interdisciplinary thinking on current and emerging issues in #communications and the #Internet by disseminating and discussing new research relevant to policy questions in the U.S. and around the world.     NTIA will be there! Check out Robert Cannon’s Routing Security panel during Thursday’s pre-conference tutorial, and Shiva Goel’s Spectrum Management panel on Saturday. We will have a number of other staff in attendance, including Rafi Goldberg, Emma Llanso, and Christopher Quarles, PhD, who would love to connect!     TPRC attendees (and everyone else!) will have a number of opportunities to weigh in on our policy making processes through NTIA’s public Requests for Comments.   NTIA and the U.S. Census Bureau have also released experimental estimates of county-level Internet adoption: https://lnkd.in/edhy-eCH   These Local Estimates of Internet Adoption (Project LEIA) results are still experimental. We are seeking feedback on the methodology and how to prioritize future work:  https://lnkd.in/eDdzVFs5   NTIA, in conjunction with the Department of Energy, would also like your feedback on the anticipated growth of data centers, which house the processing required to enable the Internet, AI, and cloud computing: https://lnkd.in/eZ57vdsT    Stay tuned for more news! We’ll have more coming soon, building off of the recommendations in our reports on Kids Online Health and Safety and #ArtificialIntelligence. Stay tuned!     #InternetPolicy #AI #Spectrum
