Why I Pivoted to Analytics & How Data has a Huge Role at NuCoord 📉📊 As you may know I first started out in marketing, but really wanted to pivot into tech. While in college I took an SEO course and at the time I knew NOTHING about SEO and how search engines worked prior to this. I quickly became obsessed with tools like Google Trends and Google Analytics—tools that could tell you what people were searching for, when, and why. I loved being able to break down trends, like knowing exactly when people were looking for a product or what keywords they used most on a Tuesday afternoon. 🗓️ Data was and still is the cheat code to building out smarter marketing strategies. The older and more experienced I got, I came to realize that the real power of analytics went beyond marketing. It could solve real problems, like identifying what tech skills people were hungry for or understanding the challenges folks face when breaking into tech. Working in tech Ramallah M. and I saw first hand the lack of representation and wanted to change that - we knew data could help us do it. At NuCoord, we use data to design programs that meet our community where they are. We analyze trends, figure out what skills are in demand, and help students get a head start in a competitive field. Analytics started as a passion, but it’s become my way of creating change. It’s all about turning those insights into opportunities and making sure people thrive under the tech landscape. 🙌 🔻🔻🔻 What's the most surprising insight you've uncovered through data? 🤔I’m curious—let’s swap stories in the comments! #datadriven #analytics #marketing #techforgood

✨Founder of NuCoord | Social Impact | Technology Education

This month, NuCoord has partnered with the Chicago Public Library to offer technology education workshops for teens across the Chicagoland area! We kicked off our first workshop at the Back of the Yards branch, focusing on virtual reality. Students explored the history and applications of VR, wrapping up with hands-on activities using the Meta Oculus headset. Keyna WellsMcClain and I are excited about the upcoming workshops and the opportunity to engage with both the teens and CPL staff. These initiatives are vital for empowering the next generation with essential tech skills. We invite others in the community to join us in supporting technology education. A big thank you to the Chicago Public Library for their collaboration! #TechnologyEducation #Partnerships #YouthEmpowerment #VirtualReality #ChicagoPublicLibrary

Huge thank you to Brianne Caplan 🌟 at Code Your Dreams for creating a safe and empowering space for women founders to come together and have meaningful conversations. During the special edition of Fam Friday: "We're Done Being Nice", we discussed key topics like how to demand respect in spaces that often undervalue us, staying true to our visions as leaders, and the importance of uniting to serve a greater purpose: uplifting the next generation. Women leaders face unique challenges, and it often feels like we have to work twice as hard to gain recognition and respect. This event reminded me of the power we hold when we support each other, share our experiences, and embrace our strengths unapologetically. It was so nice to reconnect with Nineveh Zoudo as well! I left the event feeling inspired and grateful to have reconnected with such an incredible group of founders. Looking forward to our next gathering and continuing these powerful conversations! Huge shoutout to my amazing Founder Ramallah M. (pictured below) I couldn't do this without you! ❤️ #WomenInLeadership #Empowerment #Community #NextGeneration #Leadership
