Amy: I find my role most enjoyable when guiding and motivating my team to success. This includes overseeing many important projects and new processes. Q: What’s the best part about working at an ASC? Amy: The best part is that all of us work closely together including our physicians to make us successful no matter what role you have. You are not a number in a large corporation, you are a valued employee. Q: Outside of work, what are your favorite hobbies or activities? Meet Linda Goss, the Administrator at Riddle Surgical Center in Media, PA. Since joining the team in 2017, Linda has played an instrumental role in the center’s success, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient care. We're grateful for her outstanding leadership and commitment to excellence in all aspects of her role! Q: What has been one of your most memorable experiences or contributions working at Riddle Surgical Center? Linda: I’ve enjoyed the work we have done to keep quality and safety at the center of everything we do. We added a daily huddle that’s run by our charge nurses where we discuss how the day went, any safety concerns, and what tomorrow looks like. We know this has made our center safer. Q: What do you enjoy most about working at an ASC? Linda: What I love most about working at an ASC is that the day has an end to it! When I worked in a hospital, you went home, but the place was still open, and often looked quite different when you returned the next day. I also like how invested the physicians are in both the success of the center and the happiness of the staff. Q: Outside of work, what are your favorite hobbies or activities? Linda: I coach travel (competitive) softball, which takes up most of my evenings and weekends. Our 13U team just finished 7th at Nationals. I’m also involved with Comfort Zone Camp, a camp that is held for grieving children. This allows children to be surrounded by kids and adults that know what they are going through. They are held across the country. Finally, I am a pickleball junkie!
