Ralf Gommers is one of those people that quietly moves mountains in the open-source community. He is one of the super-powers of the Python in Science communities. I always appreciate hearing his perspective and learning from him. I'm proud I met him in the SciPy community which extended to the NumPy community and now it is a privilege to support him at @Quansight Labs.
