ICYMI: Nuuly partnered with some of our favorite #CluubNuuly members to host mini events across the country! From a Bestie Brunch in Los Angeles with Josie Francis and Nicole Agner to a Matcha Meet-Up in Washington, D.C. with Gabby White to a BookCluub in North Carolina with Morgan Gillespie (thank you Penguin Random House!), we had an amazing time getting to know our community. Guests scored a free month of Nuuly and dove into activities like keychain-making, drink-sipping, DIY bookmarks, and all-around good vibes. We are excited to announce that Nuuly has joined ACT (American Circular Textiles) a coalition dedicated to coming together and establishing US leadership in textile waste and circular fashion policy.
We are thrilled to welcome Nuuly as our newest member! Nuuly is a subscription clothing rental service built to help customers discover something new, love something they never expected, and surprise themselves in the best possible way. It's about getting creative with what you wear every single day—not just on special occasions. It's been exciting to watch Nuuly grow into one of the largest clothing rental companies in the US, and we're looking forward to partnering with them as they continue to scale circular fashion. #circularity #fashion #sustainability

Meet Joe Stratter: Nuuly’s Executive Director of Technology. He has been with URBN brands for 20+ years, and joined the Nuuly brand 5 years ago—before our launch! Joe directs a number of teams, including Engineering, UX, Product and Analytics. He works with team leads to develop the new features + projects that keep Nuuly Nuulying. We asked Joe about his favorite part of his job, and he told us that working at Nuuly is “kind of like raising a child. You get to nurture, shape and grow it. You get to enjoy its success and learn from its challenges. All that while working with some amazing people.” When he isn’t managing our upcoming projects, you can find Joe heading out for a run or unwinding with a new Sci-Fi novel. And on Friday at 5pm? He’s hitting the pickleball court, then testing out his mixology skills with a new craft cocktail. #meetheteam #urbn #nuuly #technology #engineering #ux #analytics

🌟 Meet the Nuuly Interns! 🌟 This summer, Nuuly welcomed nine talented individuals from across the country to our Home Office in Philadelphia for a jam-packed 10-week internship program. From marketing and design to data analysis and operations, each of the interns dove into projects that exposed them to integral facets of Nuuly's business, working alongside our internal teams to gain valuable insights and practical skills in their areas of interest. 💻 We've been so impressed with this cohort and the ideas and excitement they brought to the Nuuly team. Curious what they thought about working with us? We asked them each to share three words to describe interning at Nuuly: 👋 “Instrumental, Dynamic and a Gift”—Obiloh Egu II, Creative Social Media intern, Howard University Class of 2024. *Fun fact: Obiloh captured this photo as a part of his project!* 👋 “Fulfilling, Supportive and Creative.” —Noelle Bauer, Merchandising intern, Kent State University Class of 2023 👋" Valuable, Enriching and Immersive.” —Jason Bowen, CRM intern, Drexel University Class of 2025 👋 “Insightful, Exciting and Rewarding.”—Ellie Engleka, Creative Operations intern, Drexel University Class of 2025 👋 “Collaborative, Motivating, Empowering.”—Michael Ince, Marketing intern, North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University Class of 2024 👋 “Collaborative, Growth-oriented and Fun.”—Ava Lorenzen, Digital Design intern, Drexel University Class of 2025 👋 “Dynamic, Impactful and Transformative.”—Ivy Phan, Digital Analytics intern, Drexel University Class of 2025 👋 “Pivotal, Life Changing and a Blessing.”—Serena Taylor, Buying intern, North Carolina A&T University Class of 2026 👋 “Supportive, Hands-on and Enriching.”—Lianna Wang, UX Design, Drexel University Class of 2025. This week marks Nuuly's 5th anniversary. What a fun and wild ride it has been. It has been such a joy to build this brand with the most amazing team and to hear customers' feedback - how Nuuly lessens their consumption, how Nuuly builds their confidence as they discover (or rediscover) their personal style, and how obsessed they are with our customer service. Today we are launching our largest campaign to date to spread the word that BUYING IS NORMAL, RENTING IS NUULY. (commercials linked in comments!)
