Nuveen Green Capital is proud to announce the closing on $11.8 million in C-PACE financing for the famed Tivoli Theatre in #Chattanooga, #Tennessee! The century old theater, which features musical and Broadway productions, (as well as the adjacent office), will be renovated to include the new Tivoli Performing Arts Center, as well as a 250-seat cinema and performance art hall. Nuveen Green Capital’s C-PACE capital was deployed in conjunction with New Market Tax Credits and Historic Tax Credits. By leveraging C-PACE’s cost-efficient capital for this gut renovation, the sponsor was able to fully capitalize the project, enabling it to move forward. We are proud to announce the closing of $21 million in #CPACE financing for the new Canopy by Hilton, located in downtown #Louisville, KY. The new hotel will feature multiple modern amenities, 5.8k square feet of meeting space, as well as two upscale restaurants, both run by leading Louisville luxury restauranteur, Kevin Grangier. By utilizing C-PACE, the sponsor was able to fill a gap in their capital stack that had resulted from a change in their business plan, enabling the project to move forward.
