The Nuveen Green Capital deal team led by Chris Lawton, Jonathan Kloos, and Ryan Doyle, is proud to have provided $40 million in C-PACE financing to Naftali Group to fund the project’s pre-development costs for the JEM Private Residences’ first phase of construction. “We were honored to partner with Naftali Group to fund this impressive new development.
