Nuveen Green Capital is proud to announce the closing of Paragon Ranch, a new, 300-unit multifamily project located in Sycamore Township, #Ohio, north of #Cincinnati. The deal team, led by Christopher Ellis, Senior Director, Originations, provided $10.7 million in #CPACE financing alongside a $40.7 million first mortgage construction loan from Central Bank & Trust Co. to the #Cincinnati based developer and repeat borrower, CIG Communities. By utilizing C-PACE financing, the sponsor was able to cost-efficiently fill a gap in their capital stack.   Congratulations, Christopher and team!
