As Indiana University Northwest prepares to induct the 2024 Hall of Fame class — which includes former women’s basketball player Sharon Houston, the 2009-10 women’s basketball team and philanthropists Terry and Karen McMahon — it’s excited to announce a ceremony to honor this year’s inductees and officially unveil the Hall of Champions.

“The retreat is a chance to speak not only about what’s working well but also our weaknesses,” Michelle Czysczon, office manager at Latitude Commercial, said. “We can look at the opportunities we have and what we’re missing. For instance, we want to explore more opportunities in Porter and La Porte counties. It’s instrumental to get everyone in the same room, put their ideas on the table, and discuss how we can do that.”
