Near West Side Partners is thrilled to share that Concordia 27 will be receiving additional funding through the allocation of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds by the City of Milwaukee to create more affordable housing units for neighbors earning approximately $15 per hour. We applaud the leadership of the Milwaukee Common Council, whose support further catalyzes Concordia 27 to reach its full potential in the Near West Side. This will improve the lives of neighbors, who can now access health and wellness resources, engage with others in beautiful, creative spaces, and grow into new full-time job opportunities — all under one roof.
