🗓️ #weekendreminder Hi All, This October we are focusing on sharing wellness tips for the autumn season! Join us for our last tip of the month to help embrace the fall season! Reflection and Renewal! As we fully acclimate to the new season, we can use the transition into fall to reflect on personal goals and aspirations for the remainder of the year. We can set intentions for growth and renewal so that we are prepared for the eventual change of season that is to come in the months ahead. Journaling can be a powerful tool for self-expression, allowing us to review our progress, and clarify our goals and values. Ask yourself meaningful questions about your learning and the new things you want to explore in this season. We hope these tips will help you throughout the rest of autumn, and we hope you are enjoying this change in seasons! #NYPCC #NYC #Fall #Autumn #Health #MentalHealth #MentalWellness #Wellness #SaludMental #SaludMentalyEmotional #Depression #Anxiety #SelfCare #SelfLove
