My office recognized some dedicated people this month who help put New Yorkers on a path to financial stability. We presented a proclamation to Phyllis Frankfort Perillo and the board of the Working in Support of Education (W!se) Foundation, at a gala in NYC. W!SE promotes financial well-being and career and college readiness for underserved students and at-risk adults. Thanks for all that you do!
