See below for Dan's President's Message: Welcome to the Southwestern Ohio HFMA Chapter!   I am genuinely honored to serve as the President of this amazing chapter for the 2024-25 FY. I have been a member of HFMA for over 20 years and have been a chapter volunteer for the past 10 years. Getting involved in the local HFMA chapter has turned into an inspiring journey for me. I have made so many wonderful connections with our members, leaders and beyond. Being engaged in HFMA has and continues to help me grow both personally and professionally. We invite you to participate in our various events and hope that you will realize as much value as I have.   I want to express my sincere appreciation to our immediate Past President, Amanda Adkins-Ricci, for a job well done. Your vision of collaboration with all our chapter leaders is something we want to model as we move forward. This approach was the backbone of our chapter receiving the National HFMA Innovation Award this past year.   We want to acknowledge our chapter officers, board members, committee chairs and committee members. Your commitment and leadership are what drives our chapters’ success. We also want to recognize our highly valued vendor sponsors of our chapter. The companies that are affiliated with this chapter are elite provider support partners. Because of them the chapter can carry out the mission. We are thankful for your on-going support.   With over 11,000 members in our chapter, providing quality educational programs and networking events for our individual and Enterprise Provider members will be our continual focus. We also will work to provide leadership training as we develop our next generation of leaders, promote charity outreach opportunities, continue to enhance student engagement/scholarship opportunities, provide educational- “Bootcamps” - to our members to take advantage of the certification programs offered by HFMA and last but not least establish a Past Presidents Advisory Council to tap into the knowledge base of the incredible leaders that have served as a Chapter President in the past.   Please continue to follow and share our chapter website, social media posts and other communications.
