At our Breakthrough Awards Dinner, we were honored to have Hunter Woodhall and Tara Davis-Woodhall share their incredible journey with our audience. Their words on resilience, perseverance, and learning from setbacks were nothing short of inspiring. As Hunter put it: "You either win or you learn." He talked about overcoming the fear of failure, saying: "We’re so scared of what’s going to happen if I don’t get the results I want or if I don’t succeed the way I want. And then you get to the other side, and realize things are still going on and that was just a moment in time.” Their energy and passion resonated deeply with everyone in the room, but the highlight of the evening came when Hunter surprised his mom by presenting her with the Olympic Inspiration Pin. It was a heartfelt and unforgettable moment that captured the spirit of recognition and gratitude we hold so dear. And let’s not forget the energy Tara brought when she led us in her famous pre-race routine with her iconic clap! 👏 The whole room felt her excitement and enthusiasm. And to top it off, we had the incredible honor of presenting Hunter and Tara with their 2024 Olympic rings, making them the first Olympians to receive them—created by O.C. Tanner. 💍✨ We’re beyond grateful to the Woodhalls for sharing their stories, passion, and heart with us. This evening was truly one for the books. #Greatness24 #Olympians

The other day I was chatting with a teammate about how I've never been more aware of breast cancer than I am this #BreastCancerAwareness month. Because I was diagnosed with breast cancer in May. The happy news? I just finished chemotherapy! And my prognosis is great. But let me tell you something. For people in the workforce, you can't separate health outcomes from work environment. I turn to my husband nearly every day and say something to the effect of, "I'm so grateful I work at O.C. Tanner while we're going through this." Because of the culture of caring at O.C. Tanner I have: ✅ Access to an on-site health clinic. I was seen by our provider within days of noticing a lump and had my mammogram that same week. Timelines matter when it comes to health outcomes. ✅ Access to world-class cancer care (team Huntsman Cancer Institute) ✅ A flexible work schedule that has allowed me to work from home during this time so I can stay healthy, conserve energy, and take care of myself ✅ Teammates who surround me with encouragement, compassion, and friendship ✅ Leaders who time and time again show me that their priority is my health and wellbeing It's no surprise to me that O.C.
